No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order. Worldly Essence is not responsible for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages.
Refund and Money Back Guarantee
If there is any discrepancy with your order please contact us via email within 48 hours of delivery. We take every precaution to ensure your products arrive to you in perfect condition. However, if your package arrives damaged, please email us with the order information and photos upon receiving the order. Furthermore, we double and triple-check each order to ensure correctness; however, if there was a mistake please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the items sent. We will correct our oversight. Worldly Essence knows you will be satisfied with your products, but if for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of receipt. The product must be at least 3/4 full in its original container, for a full refund. Please email us for further instructions.
